LAWSON08-II非接触式超声波粉碎机,也叫杯式破碎,用于无菌破碎,隔着离心管能打断染色体、破碎细胞。适于ChP、ChP-seq、RNA-seq以及染色质剪切
和DNA剪切(用于二代测序)。专为二代测序DNA样本与染色质免疫共沉淀实验样本前处理量身订做,相比传统的探头接触式超声波细胞粉碎机,非接触式样品可在密封容器下进行破碎,不产生感染性飞雾,超声波探头与样品不接触,避免交叉污染。非接触式超声波粉碎机可获得传统超声方式无可比拟的质量、效率和安全性。

非接触式超声波细胞粉碎机工作原理:
非接触式超声波细胞粉碎机(超声波细胞粉碎仪)采用在水槽底部安装超声波发生装置的设计,传统的探头超声波破碎仪,超声波引起的微流动现象只能在靠近探头的区域出现,而非接触式超声波细胞粉碎机由于在水槽底部安装了超声波发生器,使水槽完全处于超声波的作用范围内,超声作用分布广泛而平衡,降低了泡沫的形成。在实验过程中,非接触式超声波细胞粉碎机自动的连续旋转离心管则使超声波的能力分布更为均匀。非接触式超声波细胞粉碎机在实验过程仲,样品分别置于独立的全密封离心管中,样本之间不存在任何交叉污染,避免了气雾的传播。
非接触式超声波细胞粉碎机优越性:
传统的探头超声波细胞粉碎机,探头与样品直接接触,有金属离子污染,一次只能处理一个样品,实验周期长;对于多个样品,需要重复使用同一探头,容易造成样品交叉污染。由于每次探头插入样品的深度不用,每次超声的能量分布也不尽相同,影响实验结果的重复性和准确性。此外由于不能采用封闭系统,在超声过程中产生的气雾或者泡沫会扩散到环境中,造成潜在的生物危险。非接触式超声波细胞粉碎机,一次可同时检测4-32个样品,实验效率高;无需频繁操作探头,各样品均在单独的全封闭试管中,避免交叉污染;采用4度水浴,超声波能量分布均匀,超声作用完全;超声参数设置灵活,实验步骤标准化,实验重复性好,结果可靠性高。
